Great question! I offer blogs, video content, and meditations as basic resources. I’m not a licensed mental health professional, so I do not offer counseling.

Currently, I aid in resume writing and interview coaching for those in recovery, and inclusion consultations for leaders.

Yes! All content is free with the exception of workshop materials. Let’s talk if you’re curious about them.
